Spoiler Warning: There are spoilers for the details of the plot and/or ending in the text that follows."Operation Guardian" Old Foxes is an intercept mission prior to Rail Road for the 1st Element of Delta Squadron in Airforce Delta Strike. Like all other Intercept missions, this mission cannot be replayed in Free Mission mode.
Overview[]
On their way to the Ariana Railroad, 1st Element encounters three enemy helicopters and two fighters. Amelia Johnson doesn't know what they're up to but knows they must be eliminated. When asked where the enemys' heading is, Amelia says it's point 31 by her readings, which is 1st Element's target as well. They take out the enemies to prevent them from interfering with their mission and then proceed to escort the train.
Walkthrough[]
Another simple Intercept mission. There are three helicopters and two fighters you must shoot down. The helicopters are stationary, but you should still be careful of their missiles while attacking them. As for the fighters, they're fairly easy to shoot down. Your radar can also help to show you where they are after you shoot down the three helicopters.

Reward[]
The reward for this mission is 20,000 credits plus a variable amount depending on the number of enemies you took out and what type of weapon you used to take them out. Procedure to Rail Road is also unlocked.
